Shipping policy

We ship orders from China. 

We ship orders by DHL, FEDEX or UPS, freight is fixed, US$30/shipment.

We also ship orders by 4PX, freight is US$12 / US$18 (depends on weight of the order).

We will get orders ready within 3 working days, then we ship it out and send tracking number to you by email.

DHL/FEDEX/UPS Transit time is 5 -12 days *.

* Because of DHL/FEDEX/UPS processing capacity limit, it takes some time(Usually 2-5 days) to handle over orders to DHL/FEDEX/UPS, once DHL/FEDEX/UPS pick up your order, they will send order to you within 7 days.

4PX transit time is 14 - 22 days.

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

You may need to afford import duties and fees (if any) in your country; it depends on your country’s custom policy.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control. The parties agree that, unless otherwise agreed to in writing and signed by both parties, shipping dates are approximate and that time is not of the essence.
