Replacement Policy
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us at email sales@charmsbeadsvendor.com and provide the proofs within 5 days after arrival of the order.
After receiving the incorrect/defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
(1) Order Number
(2) The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
(3) The photos or video of the defective item(s)
If replacement is necessary, we will undertake the cost of re-production and re-shipment.
We do not accept any return.
