We have no minimum order - we accept all orders, from 1 item to 1000 or more!

IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES WHEN ORDERING?
We are located in China; we do not have any taxes with your orders. If you see tax by any chance when you try to check out, please do not worry, it will be removed automatically when you pay.
IS EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
We are happy to report that all items listed on our website are stocked by CharmsBeadsVendor. We do not drop-ship from suppliers or backorder your items for a prolonged period of time. If you have ordered something that for some reason cannot be fulfilled, we will refund for that item or send you a message asking if you'd like a different item instead.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO SHIP MY ORDER?

I RECEIVED DHL/FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER, BUT IT IS NOT PICKED UP BY DHL/FEDEX.
Our warehouse are located in Shenzhen City, Mainland China, Usually our shipping agent drive our orders to Hong Kong to be processed through custom and mailed at Hong Kong DHL, Because of DHL/FEDEX processing capacity limit, it takes some time (Usually 2-7 days) to handle over orders to DHL/FEDEX, once DHL/FEDEX pick up your order, they will send order to you within 7 days. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.
